FAST & RELIABLE SHIPPING

At Orvon Lighting, we strive to deliver your interior lighting fixtures quickly and securely. We ship within the United States using trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed after 3 PM EST will usually be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Free Shipping on orders over $75

  • Standard Shipping for orders under $75 will cost $8.99

Shipping fees are based on destination, package weight, and size.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days after processing for standard shipping.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orvon Lighting is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive the delivery.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY & RISK OF LOSS

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. While Orvon Lighting is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier whenever possible.                                                                                                  

DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • missing items

  • incorrect

you must contact us at Info@orvonlighting.com within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy.

Damage reported after installation, use, or modification of the product will not be considered shipping damage.
