If you find the same product offered at a lower price within six (6) months of your purchase date, we will gladly refund the difference.

This guarantee applies to:

  • Lower prices found on another qualifying online retailer

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match refund, please email us within six (6) months of your purchase date with:

  • Your order number
  • A direct link to the identical product
  • Proof of the lower advertised price

All requests are subject to verification before approval.

Important – Please Read Carefully

This policy applies only if ALL of the conditions below are fully met. Requests that do not meet every requirement will not be eligible.

Eligibility Requirements

  • The item must have been purchased from our website prior to submitting the request
  • The product must be identical in every way (brand, model, finish, size, specifications)
  • The item must be brand new, unused, and factory-sealed
  • The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase
  • The lower price must be active, publicly available, and verifiable at the time of the request
  • The competitor must be a legitimate online only retailer (not retail-only or local store listings)
  • The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the brand

Pricing Comparison

  • The price match is based on the total delivered price, including:
    • Item price
    • Shipping charges
    • Handling or freight fees (if applicable)
  • Sales tax is excluded from all price comparisons
  • The guarantee applies to the actual price paid by the customer, not previously listed, advertised, or crossed-out prices

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for price matching:

  • Auction or marketplace websites (including but not limited to eBay, Overstock, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon third-party sellers, etc.)
  • Clearance, liquidation, flash sales, or limited-time promotions
  • Rebates, bundle deals, or “buy one get one” offers
  • Coupon codes, discount codes, or membership-based pricing
  • Pricing errors, misprints, or typographical mistakes
  • Products sold by unauthorized dealers
  • Used, refurbished, open-box, returned, or damaged items
  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-order products
  • Retailers with showrooms, it only applies to online only retailers 

Manufacturer & Supplier Restrictions

  • We do not match prices that violate manufacturer pricing policies (including MAP or IMAP policies)
  • Certain brands or products may be excluded from price matching due to supplier or distribution restrictions

Additional Terms

  • Limit of one (1) price match per item purchased
  • Requests must be submitted within six (6) months of the original purchase date
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • We reserve the right to verify competitor pricing, product details, and retailer authorization
  • We reserve the right to deny any request that cannot be verified or does not meet all policy requirements
  • We reserve the right to refuse requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or intended to circumvent manufacturer pricing policies
