Yes, we are an authorized retailer for all the brands that we carry on our website.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment method. We then contact the supplier to confirm that the item is in stock and available for shipment. If an item is unavailable or backordered, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you by email. If the item is available, we will process the charge and submit the order for shipment.
In-stock orders generally ship within three business days. We will email tracking information within 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. If you have not received tracking information within six business days, please contact us at info@orvonlighting.com.
