30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, unwired, and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all components, accessories, and documentation

Items that have been installed, wired, modified, or used are not eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS
To ensure your refund is processed correctly, please contact us at Info@orvonlighting.com to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return warehouse address.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to a defect, damage during transit, or an incorrect item sent by us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fees.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. You may purchase your own label via a carrier of your choice or request a pre-paid label from us, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Damage reported after installation, use, or modification will not be considered shipping damage.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if eligible).
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item, however exchanges is accepted.Â
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
